• A minimum of 80% of the total area must be used for farming activities, while only 20% (maximum) must be allotted for residential purpose.
• One (1) tree shall be planted for every 250 SQM of total farm lot area. Two of every tree should be indigenous forest tree species (or native trees that possess natural ability to recover from damage caused by pests, diseases, turbulent weather)–dipterocarps, narra, mahogany, acacia, rubber–and must be based on theme of that eclave)
• Animals, except swine, may be allowed if they are not bred or raised for commercial purposes.
• Gazebos are allowed upon getting written approval from developer
• No clothesline (permanent or temporary) exposed to public view
